Supreme Court Unfairly Targets Voter Fraud

The Supremes have upheld an Indiana law that allows government issued ID to be used to prevent voter impersonation fraud.  The high court has yet again allowed the power of their position to influence their judgment.  Before long, they will be requiring government ID for entering the country, cashing a check, or even something as simple as operating a motor vehicle.  This is yet another example of the bias against illegal activity in the U.S. that must come to a stop.

The Democrats are in a frenzy about this, and rightly so.   While Democrat state legislators are working hard to prevent such a travesty from coming to their respective states, the ruling is a huge setback in the election plans for November, 2008.  Sadly, it clearly places an undue burden on fraudulent voters to produce a convincing ID, which will disproportionately affect their constituents.
